3- Photosynthesis adds it to the Atmosphere, which is the gaseous part of the planet.
4- Burning things adds it to the Biosphere. The Biosphere, also known as the Ecosphere, is the sum of all ecosystems. This means that burning things harms the entirety of the planet.
