Katz's skill model is a leadership model that was proposed by Robert Katz in 1955. The model identify three important skills that every manager must have, the skills are: human skills, technical skills and conceptual skills. Katz proposed that the level of importance of each skills is equivalent to the position that an individual holds in a company.
