Please help me. Abby, Julia, Kim, and Jeanie had collected donations following a walkathon. Abby had collected 3 times as much as Julia. Kim had collected $25 less than Abby. Jeanie had collected twice as much as Abby. Then Jeanie received a check from her grandmother for $55, which gave her the same combined total amount that Abby, Julia, and Kim had collected. Find the amount that Julia collected.

From the above information, if we assume Julia collected x, then Abby will be 3x (three times as Julia) while Kim will be (3x-$25) ($25 less than Abby) and Jeanie will be 6x (twice as Abby).
The total for Julia, Kim and Abby was $ 55. Therefore, x + (2x -$25)+ 3x =55
   6x -25 =55
        6x = 80
          x = 13.3
 Hence, Jeanie collected $ 80 (6 x)
