Project success may be defined as a test of whether a project has met scope, time, and cost goals. If a project has met all of these requirements it is time for the team to wrap up production and move on to the next project. If these goals requirements are not reached the project needs to be reworked or it has to be shipped incomplete. If it has to be reworked it will cost the team money and time. If the project is shipped incomplete may still lose the team money and hurt their reputation.
