Binuclear family 

A binuclear family is a type of family unit that comprises of two separate households- formed by children and future spouses of divorced parents. Binuclear families are increasingly common, given high divorce rates in many countries. Children of binuclear families often go back and forth living with each of their parents. If both parents have joint custody of a child, that child with live with each parent for a certain number of days. 
The term in the blank place should be "Disturbed." In most of the cases of separation , divorce and remarriage , children are not able to understand the reasons. Sometimes, they have to accept some changes that they never wanted . Their emotions get hurt and separation with their loved one makes them insecure .
