In order to access the shared folder, the shared folder must be placed in Stanford medicine box and all the persons with whom the folder will be shared must also have Stanford medicine box accounts.
Stanford medicine box is the one that has been approved for storing and sharing Protected Health Information [PHI] because of the private and confidential nature of such information.
