Phrase 1 is describing is liquid. In the liquid phase, the particles have a definite volume, but are still capable of moving past each other.
Phrase 2 is describing a solid. Solid particles have a definite volume and also a definite shape based on how the particle pack together.
Phrase 3 is describing a solid, where the particles are tightly packed together in unit cells and at this point the particles are not moving relative to each other.
Phrase 4 is describing a gas, as the particles are moving very rapidly in random directions. A gas will have no definite volume as it will expand to fill the area it is in, this also means it will have no shape.
Phrase 5 is describing a liquid as a liquid will have a definite volume, but the shape of the liquid depends on the vessel containing the liquid, therefore, it has no definite shape.
Phrase 6 is describing a gas as described previously where the particles are moving very rapidly in random directions and can end up great distances apart from other gas particles.
