vacuole is a storage place for a cell and nucleus is the "brain" of a cell
a Nucleus controls the cell, it's like the brain, it has the chromosomes and helps with cell reproduction. it's circular and inside contains the nuclei and on the outside has an outer membrane to protect it, just as the entire cell does. the Vacuole on the other hand stores nutrients and in plant cells is typically the largest part but in animal cells it is small since they don't use photosynthesis.
