Respuesta :

The protest was on public property...place

C: the protesters did not disrupt traffic, pedestrians, or businesses...timing was not disruptive

d. the protesters were not violent or disruptive..manner

The answers are A, C and D.  The protest was on a public place, but they didn't disrupt traffic or business. The protesters weren't violent and there wasn't any threat of violence. They were only protesting and expressing that they were unhappy with the segregation laws. It was a pacific protest, but still they were arrested and convicted of "breach of the peace".
