alright so lets look at 2.5 x 10^-2 shall we. Since the exponent of the scientific notation is negative -2 move the decimal point 2 places to the left. 0.025.
Lets do the second one shall we. this answer is the same as the first one so your answer should be
2.5 x 10^-2 = 2.5/10^2
