I just answered this for another person. You could do a full on sprint, and in order to improve this you could swim, jog, run, body weight exercise, and have a stable diet.

Answer: One thing you could do to test your cardiovascular quality is that, you can complete a full run. To help enhance your wellness levels you can swim, run/jog, body weight works out, and a decent eating regimen.

Explanation:  There are five components of health related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, composition.  

Examples of Cardiovascular endurance are walking the dog, swimming, biking, skateboarding  

Examples of muscular strength are squats, bench press, bicep curls  

Examples of muscular endurance are lifting weights multiple times, sit-ups, throwing pitches in baseball

Examples of flexibility are yoga, splits, gymnastics
