Carla has just been given a new project at work. It's a lot of responsibility and she's excited about it, but it keeps her very busy during the week. She has little time for any of her regular habits, such as cooking dinner, going for walks, washing dishes, and reading the newspaper. As the weekend approaches, what can Carla do to proactively combat her fatigue and any possible unhealthy behaviors?

Respuesta :

Hey there,
Carla should probably stop working on the project for a little while- half an hour. Within that half an hour, she can actually go for a walk, do something that will calm her mind. And once she finally combats her fatigue and unhealthy behaviors, she can actually continue with the project.

Hope this helps ^_^

As the weekend approaches, it would be important for Carla to take some breaks. This will ensure that, when the weekend arrives, she will not be too exhausted to do anything. The best thing she can do is take advantage of the weeekend to exercise, go for walks, cook dinner, and everything else that she enjoys doing. However, this will only happen if she is able to rest during the week, so that she has enough energy left to be healthy during the weekend.
