According to the most reliable statistics of deaths caused by the actions of Civil War, 68,178 Union colored soldiers were killed or wounded, 2,751 people were shot. Many sources state that the rest of the soldiers possibly died because of desease/ starvation/capturing. Also, many people died of explosion during the War.
