1- The answer is Sri Lanka. As the origins of Sri Lankan Civil War are strictly related to the on going conflict between Sinhalese and Tamils.
2- The answer is Phillipines. In 1970 the American Colonial Administration of Moros thought they needed special campaigns to increase the level of 'civilization' by implementing Christianity. Therefore for a couple years phillipines muslims were viewed as tribal groups.
3- The answer is Myanmar. Even though Aung San Suu Kyi was elected she was not recognized by the military (believed my many due to being a woman) however she was awarded the nobel in 1991 for her non violent struggle for democracy and human rights.
