The study of biomechanics consists of the ability to study the movement and structure within a living organism. With that being said, plants and animals are constantly evolving. As far as repetition and practice, we can start with the idea of exercise. Let's use a weight lifter for example. In the begining of their journey to be the best of the best, they will start with the smallest of the weights. They will practice for days at a time to build up the muscle mass within their body so that they can move onto the next weight class. Without the constant practice and definetly the repetition of the begining weights, they would be unable to properly progress within their desired destination. This is a great example of the study of biomechanics. Studying the progression of the human body of the weight lifter over time will be key examples.

Answer:

Biomechanics is the study of movement of a living body. It’s used to improve performance or prevent injury. Repetition and practice are also used to improve performance in sports and prevent injury. Repetition helps your body learn the movements. As your body is exercised over and over, it gets more flexible and less prone to injury. Biomechanics and repetition are two ideas that can be used together. First, you find the best way to do something using biomechanics, and then you practice that preferred method repeatedly to perfect it.
