Okay well you first have to make sure the image you want to put in your question is somewhere in your finder for example like in pictures, documents, downloads,etc.
Next when you are typing your question you should notice that at the bottom left corner there is a paperclip. When you click on this paperclip your finder will open and then you will be able to access and download your image to your question.
