It depends on what the decision is, if they decide to take away the right to eat unhealthy food every day of the week and enforce a law which says you must eat *insert amount of healthy food here* per week then resisting is kind of pointless because the law does more good than harm. If they decide to take away you're right to to use the bus if you're black then resisting is ok (as long as its non-violent) because the law is breaking an amendment (if you're in the U.S.) and the law does more harm than good and can lead to riots.
