Sleep deprivations affects cognitive performance in many ways. The following are the ways how it affects it;

-          The person’s brain won’t function correctly and he or she will likely be forgetful and will not be aware of the things happening around her.

-          The person with sleep deprivation will likely affect the way he or she do everyday tasks as his or her memory or his or her way of acquiring knowledge has been affected.

There are many ways that sleep deprivation can affect cognitive performance.
This is some of the situation

When I am exhausted without sleep, I cant even think straight and can't solve basic math problems. I believe that our body heals when we are sleeping and it regenerates.
