What is the equation of a line, in point-slope form, that passes through (−2, −6) and has a slope of 13 ?

y+2=13(x+6)

y−6=13(x−2)

y+6=13(x+2)

y−2=13(x−6)

It is the 3rd answer, y+6= 13(x+2) since the the point slope formula is 
y-y1 = m(x-x1)

you plug the y-value of the coordinate point into y1 and you plug the x-value of the coordinate into x1. You plug the slope into m.
