Igneous is a rock with fine dark texture that makes up the oceanic crust . Ocean crust is made up of mafic magma . It erupts over the seafloor to make basalt lava flows or it may cools down to form the intrusive igneous rock gabbro . Igneous rock are further divided according to their mineral content.
