2. No, they will not be parallel because in order to form a 90 degree angle on each corner (to allow the sides to be parallel to each other), the angles have to add up to 90 degrees. When you add 37 degrees to 50 degrees, you are left with 87 degrees, which means that they will ever so slightly tilt away from each other, therefore not being parallel.
