George C. Wallace who was once the governor of Alabama made a speech in 1968 that was titled, "Segregation Now, Segregation Forever." In his speech, pathos was used to solicit support from the Southerners across America and their western counterparts. In this excerpt from the speech, Wallace tries to evoke sympathy and the spirit of brotherliness from the citizens whose support he needed to move forward his aim.
