Do you think the farmers of the Constitution intended the supreme Court to have the power of judicial review as part of the system of checks and balances? Explain.
Originally the Supreme Court didn't have that power. They declared that they could have that power and everyone just said "Ok". It was not originally made with the Supreme Court having that ability.
