All states at some point will experience flood. It is almost mostly caused by excessive rain and drain blockage. Repairing for floods, like what Hurricane Harvey caused, can cost over 50 thousand dollars!!! The most common type of flood is a river flood, where the water from the river overflows into the land. Too many water can damage crops. While flooded waters may seem clean, it is not. Flooded waters can contain many diseases, such as E.Coli. They are also dangerous when you are in the flood. And lastly, according to Christian Bible, God promised to never flood the land like he did.
