The Bill of rights, sumarized, goes like this,
1.) the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, religion, and press remain in the hands of the people.
2.) the right to keep and bear arms.
3.) no quartering of soldiers
4.) no search and seizure of items or property without a warrant
5.) no person shall be held or punished without due process of law
6.)the right to a speedy public trial
7.)trial by jury
8.)no cruel or unusual punishments
9.) rights not stated are reserved to the people
10.) any other neccesary enumeration of rights is left to the states
