The only time I think it should be allowed to disrupt another citizens group is when that persons group is promoting and acting upon ideas that interlope anothers happyness, property, or well being. I think if someone is wrong doing something innocent then you have to wrong do them to put an end to it. So when they say "forget their rights" you gotta say "forget their rights". It should be completely an eye for an eye in an incident such as this one. Fighting fire with fire will only burn everything down but thats exactly what you want to happen when it comes to a matter such as this one.
