well 2/3=0.6666666666666666667  and 10/0,66...=15
You have to divide 10 by [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{10}{1} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] ⇒ [tex] \frac{10}{1} [/tex] x [tex] \frac{3}{2} [/tex]

You use a method called "flip-flop and multiply" where you flip the second fraction to multiply
[tex] \frac{10}{1} [/tex] × [tex] \frac{3}{2} [/tex] ⇒ [tex] \frac{30}{2} [/tex]

Now divide the numerator (top) by the denominator (bottom)

[tex]30 [/tex] ÷ [tex]3=15[/tex]

Now lets check:

[tex] \frac{2}{3} * \frac{15}{1} = \frac{30}{3} [/tex]

[tex]30[/tex] ÷ [tex]3=10 [/tex]

Answer: [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] × [tex]15=10[/tex]
