The major functions of lipids in organisms do NOT include B. Supporting Structures.
The form membranes in the plasma, they store energy and they act as Buoyancy aids, so it includes waterproofing surfaces. Only thing which is odd is B. Supporting Structures.

The major
functions of lipids in organisms do not include supporting structures. Lipids
contain hydrogen and carbon. It primary functions for energy storage and
development of the cell membrane in cells. There are different types of lipid
with different functions as well.
a. Triglycerides,
which is essential in storing energy.
b. Steroids,
which aids in development of the cell membrane.
c. Phospholipids,
which attracts and repels water, in turn aids in the cell membrane's function.
d. Glycolipids,
helps in increasing the immune system of the body.
e.
Lipoproteins, which aids in the movement of fat around the body in the
bloodstream.
f. Waxes, aids
in protection and it is usually found in the human ears and animal feathers.
