if you know fundamentals of genetics you know that pair of 23 female chromosomes are XX and the males are XY... if the female carries the infectted X that we show with X°.
when they reproduce it will be 4 possible ways for the baby to carry the genes...
XY + X°X=
1.XX: normal female
2.XY: normal male
3.XX°: female who caaries the gene but not infected
4.X°Y: the infected male.
