Use a ruler to draw out a line that is 24 cm long. Your ruler should have tickmarks for centimeters. If not then use millimeters or inches (though 24 inches = 2 feet is fairly large)

On one end of this line mark 0. On the other mark the value 1. Splitting this interval into 24 equal parts will help us plot out each of these fractions. Why 24? Because this is the LCD (lowest common denominator) of all the fractions

Note how...
1/3 = 8/24
1/4 = 6/24
3/4 = 18/24
7/8 = 21/24
5/6 = 20/24

To plot out a fraction like 1/3 or 8/24, you will go to the 8th tick mark after the 0 and draw a marker. Label this with 1/3. Do the same thing with the other fractions as well. Use the equivalent form where the denominator is 24.
