There are many instruments which can be used to measure climate change. Instruments are required to measure a particular parameter like temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind speed etc. which are responsible for climate change. Examples of some instruments to measure climate change are:

1. Thermometer: It measures high and low temperatures of the atmosphere in degree Fahrenheit and degree Celsius.

2. Barometer: It measures atmospheric pressure, gives the measurement in millibars. High and rising pressure indicates sunny weather whereas low and falling pressure indicates rain.

3. Hygrometer: It measures humidity in the atmosphere. It gives reading in degree Celsius and degree Fahrenheit.

4. Anemometer: It measures the direction and speed of wind in miles per hour.

5. Wind vane: It measures the direction of wind at any given point in time. It is also called as wind sock.

6. Rain Gauge: It measures the amount of rainfall in inches.

7. Hail Pads: It measures the size of hail that falls during a storm.
