He or she is exhibiting obsessive-compulsive disorder.It is one of the mental disorder where people often checks their daily routine things that they have done it correctly or not.For example we keep on checking whether the door is locked or not,then switch off the gas stove or not.It is not known unless we are affected by the daily routine.These type of mental disorder people will not concentrate on one thing their mind keep on checking.In research stated that most of the women have these disorder than men.
The appropriate response is an obsessive-compulsive disorder.
