The central nervous system (CNS) is a part of the nervous system which constitutes of the brain and the spinal cord. Majority of the functions of the mind and the body are controlled by the central nervous system. In the given diagram, the labelled parts of the CNS can be named as follows:

1. Cerebrum - It is the most anterior part of the human brain. It is composed of two hemispheres.

2. Corpus callosum - They are thick nerve fibers which divides the cerebral cortex into the two lobes.

3. Cerebellum - It is part of the hind-brain in the vertebrates. It is much smaller than the cerebrum.

4. Medulla oblongata - It is another part of the hind brain which is responsible for controlling the autonomic functions of the body.

5. Spinal cord - It is the long-tubular structure extending from the medulla oblongata. It is composed of the nerve fibers.
