The activity of a cyclin dependent kinase depends on interaction with a cyclin. The cyclin dependent kinase are known for regulating the cell cycle and involved in the transcription of mRNA and as well as the differentiation of nerve cells.
The appropriate response is cyclin-dependent kinase or CDK. CDKs are a group of multifunctional catalysts that can adjust different protein substrates engaged with cell cycle movement. In particular, CDKs phosphorylate their substrates by exchanging phosphate bunches from ATP to particular extends of amino acids in the substrates.
