Body homeostasis is the body's ability to maintain a constant environment. The positive feedback and the negative feedback are process control terms. It is true that our body has its own process control systems. For example, our body needs to maintain a constant body temperature at 37°C. If the external environment causes a change in our body, this change input is the positive feedback. The reaction of the body to reverse the change is the negative feedback. Together, these feedbacks are in a dynamic equilibrium so that our body achieves homeostasis.
