Shes not telling anyone what her problem is so exposition is out, she isn't facing a conflict with anything or anyone so external conflict is out, and (What I'm going think is characterization) she isn't gaining any depth or showing a new detail about herself so characterization is out, so that means internal conflict must be the right answer, hope this helps

In laymen's term internal conflict deals with an internal struggle that a character or person is feeling within themselves.

External conflict deals with an outward struggle that the character or person is experiencing. This struggle deals with a character or person having an issue with a someone or something else...aka an outside force is causing the person or character to feel a certain way.   

With the situation you have described above, I think internal conflict would be the best answer because the conflict is occurring within her. She is having to decide what to do which means she is experiencing a  metal struggle.
