The Roman epic poem which is similar to the greatest epic poem of Ancient Greece, The Odyssey is Metamorphoses. In the epic poem, there is a lot of change from human into nature (thus the title Metamorphoses) and emphasizes the victim turning into a landscape. This also shows the theme of the hunter and the hunted and the link between art and nature.
