There are many ways in which we can turn stress into an opportunity for personal growth:
1. Whenever there is such a situation in our life, when we think something else and something else happens, it means failing in a subject in studies, or losing a loved one whom we cannot even imagine losing, or so much in business. Getting too spoiled that it is close to being completely closed, or perhaps parents not understanding us, etc., then in such a situation we should face failures.
