In the context of all the areas, YES all the four problems of Rafael are connected to one another. This is because a person's behavior in various aspects of life may it be emotional, social, or physical gets affected by some other area of the problem.

The advice for Rafael is:

If a person tries hard in life and keeps his thoughts and thinking positive towards life, then overcoming any of the situations is possible for any person. Although it takes hard work to get the desired things where you want it to take ur life up to.
