I'm not exactly sure what you mean by word problems but i think i know what you mean by translating algebraic expressions to 'fake/real scenario's in english perhaps understanding from your means of 'word problems'.
Part A. There are 1000 jelly beans in a jar, if i want to share them equally to all my 27 students. How can i do this?
Part B: There are 75 monkeys loose within the zoo, however 3 zoo vans have arrived with M amount of staff members crewing that doubles there catching rate. How many monkeys are still left rampant in the zoo.
Part C: I've received 30 papers for final marking but there are two classes left with 'd' amount of students still missing there reports. How many reports are there supposed to be?
