I would pick D. Candidates websites personally, because if you are a candidate for something and running for a position you are going to want to focus on magnifying your own feats of those of other sources y'know?
I personally dislike questions like these, but I wouldn't consider internet /most/ likely because it does harbor access to some truth and unbiased information like on official sites [.gov and .org domains]
