In a relationship between an employee and supervisor, who must do most of the adjusting?

A. The employee must adjust.
B. Neither has to adjust at all.
C. The supervisor must adjust.
D. Both must adjust equally.

Respuesta :

Normally the employee will have to do most of the adjusting because the supervisor is in a position of authority and should know the rules and regulations best and the company policies and be more aware of many ramifications of the work. That being said, now in the 21st century, a more open and democratic workplace is expected and supervisors are expected to take into account the suggestions of their employees and decisions are often done in teams.
