Seems that this student is busy from 8 am till 9 pm 5 days per week.
So in order to manage workouts 3 days per week, I believe he/she has three options:
Option 1: To do the workouts Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, I do not really favor this option since the body needs to rest from a complete tiring week and also since the student should not do workouts daily but should rest between each workout day and the next one.
Option 2: Wake up really early , like at dawn, and do the workouts before class.
Option 3: Join a gym that is open 24 hours and do the workouts late at night. I don't believe this is the best option as the body will be very tired after a long working day and would not be able to handle any further exercises.
For me, the second option is the best one.
