The boundary line is y = 2x-3
Step 1) Plug in x = 0 and you'll get y = -3 so one point on this line is (0,-3)
Step 2) Plug in x = 1 and you'll get y = -1 which means another point on this line is (1,-1)
Step 3) Draw a straight line through the two points (0,-3) and (1,-1). Keep this line to be solid (and not dashed). The line is solid because of the "or equal to" portion of the inequality
Step 4) Shade above the solid boundary line. The shading is above due to the "greater than" portion of the inequality
