The noun “advice” is an abstract, common, and uncountable noun. It is abstract because “advice” is not something concrete that can be detected with our senses, it is an opinion recommended. It is common because it names an opinion or idea recommended in a general way, and is never to be capitalized unless they begin a sentence or it's part of a title.
