The as-is process model could be identified as a business model where they focus more on representing or showing processes in business and enterprise. They have a business objective in order to achieve the goals that they want for their company or organization. But, the as-is process model's primary goal is to simplify the methods, eliminate unwanted factors or things that could interfere with their goals or methods, and lastly, to improve the to-be process which is essential in having the process model.
