According to recent data in several government and global organization websites, while the trends in budget spending on the part of third world countries, like El Salvador, Lebanon, Cambodia, or Rwanda, has shifted and now is more focused on issues such as healthcare and education, compared to the more developed nations, whose budget is also spent in healthcare, education, and also, social protection, these less developed nations prefer to focus their budget on defense, and control of internal struggles, rather than social protection. In fact, data shows that in some of these countries, defense comes even before healthcare, or even education.
