To round to the nearest tenth, you have to evaluate the hundredth place value.  If that value is less than 5, you keep the tenth place and eliminate the hundredth place, otherwise you "round up", increasing the tenths place by one and eliminate the hundredths place.

264.72≈264.7  and  128.49≈128.5

264.7-128.5
