To do this just add. So 1 hour on the first day. 1 hour 30 minutes on the second day. 2 hours on the third day. 2 hours 30 minutes on the fourth day. 3 hours on the fifth day. 3 hours 30 minutes on the 6th day, and 4 hours on the 7th day. If they ask for it in minutes it would be 240 minutes.
First, you would take in that Monday you would start with one hour a day. Then, this is the way I would do it, skip to Wednesday, getting 2 hours now. Skip to Friday to get 3 hours. Then, end with Sunday, getting 4 hours.
So the seventh day would be 4 hours of practice.
