A final "exam" or test typically has problems that cover everything you have learned in Algebra 1. You can find many sample tests online with a quick google search, in-case you haven't tried that already. I believe Khan Academy also offers tests in which to base yours off of. If you have a math book, you can pick random questions from the chapter tests at the end of each chapter. Sorry if my answer is vague, but I hope it helps get you headed in the right direction.
